Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 62.5ml Whisky
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 12.5ml Cointreau
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dehydrated Orange Slice
- Cubed Ice
Get Ready…
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand
Method:
Add cubed ice, whisky, sweet vermouth, cointreau and angostura bitters to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 7 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the contents into the glass. Float 1 dehydrated orange slice on top to garnish and enjoy!
For best result add a cherry on the side of the glass to garnish!
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 5ml Vodka
- 5ml Coffee Liquor
- 1 Espresso Sachet
- 3 Coffee Beans
- Cubed Ice
Get Ready…
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand
- Freshy brew your espresso sachet
Method:
Add cubed ice, vodka, coffee liquor and the freshly brewed espresso to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the contents into the glass. Float 3 coffee beans on top to garnish and enjoy!
