- 50ml White Rum
- 25ml Strawberry Liqueur
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 2 Dehydrated Strawberry Slices
- Cubed Ice
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand
Add cubed ice, white rum, strawberry liqueur, sugar syrup, lemon juice and 1 dehydrated strawberry slice to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 7 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the contents into the glass. Float 1 dehydrated strawberry slice on top to garnish and enjoy!
Normally have it frozen? Simply add the contents of your shaker to your blender and blitz it up!
