Blackberry Daiquiri



  • 50ml White Rum
  • 25ml Crème de Cassis
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dehydrated Blackberries
  • Cubed Ice


Get Ready…

  • 7oz Martini Glass
  • Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand



Add cubed ice, white rum, crème de cassis, sugar syrup, lemon juice and 1 dehydrated blackberry slice to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 7 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass. Strain and sieve the contents into the glass. Float 1 dehydrated blackberry on top to garnish and enjoy!


Normally have it frozen? Simply add the contents of your shaker to your blender and blitz it up!
