Blackberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 50ml White Rum
- 25ml Crème de Cassis
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 2 Dehydrated Blackberries
- Cubed Ice
Get Ready…
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand
Method:
Add cubed ice, white rum, crème de cassis, sugar syrup, lemon juice and 1 dehydrated blackberry slice to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 7 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass. Strain and sieve the contents into the glass. Float 1 dehydrated blackberry on top to garnish and enjoy!
Normally have it frozen? Simply add the contents of your shaker to your blender and blitz it up!
