Sales Policy

To align ourselves with the responsibility disclosed within the Licensing Act 2013 in respect to not selling alcohol to persons under the age of 18, by placing an order you confirm that you are of the age of, or above, 18 years old and not purchasing for the use of a minor.

We reserve the right to change the ingredients within any of our products without giving notice. Alongside, we reserve the right to withdraw any product without giving notice.

Prices of all products are as quoted on our website. All payments made are in £ GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, however not inclusive of courier charges.

We take full care in ensuring our products are accurate as described. However, in the unlikely event that an error occurs with your order, or you are unhappy with the service provided by Mix Off in anyway, please contact us at hello@mixoff.co.uk.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s).

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our products or services or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services.

We reserve the right to revise all terms and conditions on the website at any time.

Once you have accepted the delivery, we cannot accept any liability for any use of our products including but not limited to mixing with other ingredients, or personal consumption. Customers must be aware that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

Copyright

All images, photographs or written material used on this website may not be reproduced, copied, stored or used in any way whatsoever without our prior written agreement and permission. You may download and temporarily store pages in order to view them, for your own personal non-commercial use.

We respect other people’s copyright and intellectual property rights (IP). Although we sometimes refer to them on the website and on the labels of products we make and distribute, we don’t claim copyright or any IP or assert any rights of ownership or any other intellectual property rights over any brands or trademarks owned by others.

In order to provide a truthful description of the products we sell, we do include names of the type of spirit or ingredient (Whisky, Rum etc.) which may be similar to a brand name or trademark, but not in an attempt to reference the brand name or trademark in which we do not own.

Data Protection

All data collected and maintained is in accordance with the Data and Protection Act 1997 and updated 2018.

By providing your details to us, you consent to us maintaining, recording and using the information you give at the time of purchase or registration. Through this we will inform you of any promotions or improvements of service.
