Delivery

We offer delivery to anywhere in the UK only, including. Northern Ireland. We aim for our standard delivery to deliver within 5-7 working days, however this is usually much quicker.

We take the upmost care in packing our products so they arrive to your door safe and sound! However, we cannot take any responsibility for any injury or harm caused by, but not limited to, broken glass. If your delivery is received damaged please contact us at hello@mixoff.co.uk.

Our products are delivered by DHL. The courier is instructed to ensure our deliveries are to persons that are over the age of 18. If they are unsure, they may ask for appropriate ID, and they may ask for a signature. If this is not available unfortunately the courier cannot leave the order. You will not hold us responsible for any delays to the delivery of the product which are out of our control.

For the avoidance of doubt, once we deliver the order to the shipping address as specified in the order, the goods become the recipient’s responsibility. Until the delivery has been made, the goods are owned by us.
