Classic Mojitio


  • 50ml White Rum
  • 100ml Soda Water
  • 6 Sugar Sachets
  • 3 Fresh Lime Chunks
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Cubed/Crushed Ice


Get Ready…

  • Highball or Half-pint Glass
  • Grab your fresh mint leaves
  • Cut your lime into half, then into three



Muddle the sugar and lime in the glass to create your own sugar syrup. Add cubed ice, white rum and mint leaves to the glass and stir with a bar spoon, ensuring all ingredients are mixed together. Fill the glass with more ice and top up with soda water. Save the top of your mint stem to garnish your drink on the side!


For best results clap the mint leaves before placing into the glass to maximise the flavour of the leaf and used crushed ice!
