Gimlet Fizz


Ingredients:

  • 25ml Dry Gin
  • 5ml Elderflower
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • 1 Dehydrated Lemon Slice
  • 1 Dehydrated Lime Slice
  • Cubed Ice

 

Get Ready…

  • Flute

 

Method:

Add cubed ice, dry gin, elderflower, 1 dehydrated lemon and lime slice to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Place two cubes of ice into the flute and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Add 100ml prosecco and enjoy!

 

For best results chill the prosecco in the fridge prior to making and shaking!
