- 37.5ml Vanilla Vodka
- 12.5ml Passoa
- 25ml Passionfruit Puree
- 75ml Orange Juice
- 3 Sugar Pouches
- 1/3 of a Passionfruit
- Cubed Ice
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Chill the glass - fill glass full of ice and leave to stand
- Cut the passionfruit into 1/3
Add cubed ice, vanilla vodka, passoa, passionfruit puree, sugar and orange juice to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the contents into the glass. Float half the passionfruit on top to garnish and enjoy!
For best results shake vigorously to create a nice foamy top and add your own shot of prosecco on the side to sip together with your drink!
