- 5ml Vodka
- 50ml Irish Cream
- 25ml Caramel Syrup
- Pinch of Fudge Cubes
- Cubed Ice
- 7oz Martini Glass
- Embellish the rim of the glass by rolling the rim in a shallow dish of caramel syrup.
- Lightly drizzle the remaining caramel syrup into the glass in a webbed fashion.
- Place glass in freezer whilst making and shaking.
Add cubed ice, vodka, caramel syrup and Irish cream to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Remove the glass from the freezer and strain the contents into the glass. Stick three fudge cubes to the side of your glass to garnish and enjoy!
For best results place your caramel syrup in the fridge 30 minutes prior to making and shaking!
